The Laser Link White Magic is a pistol-shaped laser rangefinder that is a slight iteration to the Laser Link Red Hot.

With just a single button, Laser Link devices are simple to operate in terms of firing the laser. When fired, the White Magic will show a single red dot as the aiming point, with an alignment circle (as with the Laser Link Red Hot). The player can select from four different options to how to receive feedback that a target is acquired: “know your target” (beep for flagstick and vibrate for targets in background/non-reflective targets), audio (standard “double-deep” when locked on a target), silent, and vibrate. The challenge some users may face is the lack of magnification in the viewfinder, as opposed to most devices that feature 5x or 6x magnification.

The Laser Link White Magic can provide distances in yards or meters, is is 6″ x 2 3/16″ x 3 1/8″ in size, and has a marketed weight of 8 ounces. The device exterior is primarily white, with black on the side of the laser facing the player when fired. It’s certainly simple, but the lack of magnification in a device that is over $300 may make players pause.
